Gerald L. Klein, Esq., CFLS, has been practicing Family Law since 1976. He has taught, written about and lectured on Mediation and Family Law to professionals, law students and lay people. He is Certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Family Law Specialist.

Mr. Klein not only has extensive experience as an attorney Mediator but, he also has an intuitive and practical sense for handling Family Law matters. He addresses both the Legal and Emotional Divorce issues.

Mr. Klein has been doing Mediation for over 25 years and was a pioneer in bringing Mediation to Orange County. He taught Mediation Theory and Practice to attorneys and mental health professionals at U. C. Irvine in 1984 and presented a three hour Mediation program throughout the state to Child Custody Evaluators as part of their continuing education requirements in 2002 and 2003.
